ZiaContent, Inc. is a consulting and services company established in 2001 by Rita Warren. Rita has been working in the fields of computer software and new media for more than 10 years bringing a broad range of experience in information architecture, content development, and content management systems. ZiaContent helps clients by designing and creating sensible content and working with them to implement sensible content management solutions.

The Zia Sun Symbol
The Zia sun symbol originated in ancient times with the Indians of Zia Pueblo of New Mexico.* The design reflects their tribal philosophy of the basic harmony of all things in the universe.  

Four is the sacred number of Zia. The figure is composed of a circle with rays radiating in four directions with each line having a specific meaning. 

The four sun rays at the top represent the winds: North, South, East, and West. The bottom rays are for the seasons Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn. The east rays are for life phases, Childhood, Youth, Manhood, and Old Age, while the west rays are for times of the day, Morning, Noon, Evening, and Night.

* To complete the Zia connection, Rita Warren was born and raised in Los Alamos, New Mexico. The state flag proudly displays the Zia sun symbol.
