- BellSouth
Sub-contracted with Avenue A | Razorfish to develop a Web content
management strategy for BellSouth as part of a major site re-design
effort.
- Office Depot GCM
Served as lead consultant for Office Depot's corporate content
management initiative. Office Depot is headquartered in Delray
Beach, Florida.
- Starbucks Coffee Company Intranet Site
Partnered with Page Solutions to create an intranet framework
and templating system for one of the Starbucks intranet sites.
- Microsoft for Education
Led the design and usability testing a new search interface for the
teacher resource area of the Microsoft Education Web site.
- Content Management Bible (2001, Hungry Minds)
Performed technical review for Bob Boiko's popular book on content management.
- Validio Software—Strategic Marketing Plan**
Developed a comprehensive strategic marketing plan and marketing
calendar for this outsourced software development company.
- Motorola Web Content Management Initiative*
Project planning, business analysis and content analysis for content
management and Web presence.
- Macromedia Web Content Management Initiative*
Led content analysis and planning on project to implement content
management for the corporate Web site.
- HomeGrocer.com Web Content Management Initiative*
Conducted consensus-building sessions around the content management
initiative and consulted on Web site re-design process.
- Microsoft ISN Web Site*
Acted as lead information architect on site re-design and content
management system implementation.
- Microsoft IT Advisor*
Architected and wrote specifications for this Web-based application
targeted at large-scale IT organizations.
- Comprehensive Health Education Foundation**
Wrote curriculum to transform classroom-based course into an online
course.
- Microsoft FrontPage 2000 Articles*
Wrote and/or edited several "how to" articles for Microsoft in
conjunction with release of FrontPage 2000.
- Office for the Administrator for the Courts
Tutorials*
Designed, wrote content for, and built two specialized tutorials to
help end users learn internal software systems. Plus, designed and
delivered a comprehensive tutorial authoring system for this Washington
state government agency.
